廃業のお知らせ

この度、LotusDesign一級建築士事務所は、諸般の事情により廃業することとなりました。

これまで多くの方々に支えていただきながら事務所を運営してまいりましたが、
事業運営上の困難や、名称の誤認を招く事象の発生など、事務所としての継続が難しい状況が続いたため、閉鎖を決断いたしました。

なお、当事務所に関連する事項についてご心配な点やお困りごとがございましたら、
当事務所または顧問弁護士までご連絡いただければ幸いです。

今後の活動につきましては、改めてご報告申し上げます。
これまでご支援を賜りました皆様に、心より御礼申し上げます。

当事務所名を悪用した不審なメールに関するお知らせ

当事務所名を悪用した不審なメールに関するお知らせ

【2025年9月4日】

現在、当事務所名を騙るフィッシングメールが不特定多数の方に送信されていることを確認いたしました。これらのメールは当事務所とは一切関係がございません。

特に、「support@lotusdesignoffice.com」というメールアドレスは、当事務所のメールアドレスではございませんので、くれぐれもご注意ください。

お客様へのお願いと正しい対処法

このような不審なメールを受け取った場合は、以下の点をご確認ください。

  • メールに記載されているリンクは絶対にクリックしないでください。
  • 個人情報やパスワード、クレジットカード情報などを入力しないでください。
  • 不審なメールはすぐに削除してください。

当事務所からお客様に連絡する際は、当ウェブサイトに記載されている正規のメールアドレスからお送りしています。少しでも不審な点がある場合は、メール内のリンクをクリックするのではなく、公式サイトに記載の電話番号など、正規の連絡先へ直接お問い合わせください。

万が一被害に遭われた場合

誤ってリンクをクリックしてしまったり、情報を入力してしまった場合は、速やかに最寄りの警察署にご相談ください。

お客様にはご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますが、ご理解ご協力のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

We have recently confirmed that a large number of phishing emails are being sent to various individuals, fraudulently using our office name. These emails have no connection to us whatsoever.

Please be aware that the email address “support@lotusdesignoffice.com” is not an address used by our office. We urge you to exercise extreme caution.

  • Do not click on any links contained in these emails.
  • Do not enter any personal information, passwords, or credit card details.

All official communications from our office are sent from the main email address listed on our official website. If you find an email suspicious, please do not click on any links within it. Instead, contact us directly using the official contact information (such as our phone number) provided on our website.

If You Have Been Victimized

If you have mistakenly clicked a link or entered information, we strongly advise you to contact your local police department immediately.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
